About the Event

Public speaking is often a very fearful event in anyone’s life. So, your union is offering you, for free, a three-session course on the art of public speaking. Its purpose is to help you become a more proficient and effective public speaker. Will this course change your life, give you confidence, raise your self-esteem and help you to a better life? Maybe! This seminar is full of tips and techniques to overcome your fears and provides the opportunity to practice with a friendly, supportive audience of your fellow union members.

The course is being given on three Mondays: October 16, 23 and 30, 2017 at 6:00pm at the union office. Registration starts at 5:30pm. Light refreshments will be served.

Your facilitator for this seminar is OSA’s own Bobby Lee.

Bobby has been the chairperson of the Baruch College Toastmaster’s Club for 20 years and has

mentored hundreds of students in the art of public speaking.
